I left Vieques earlier today. I recommend downloading an offline map using google maps on your cellphone. Reception is very iffy on most of the island.

There is an ATM in front of the bank “Banco Popular” that I used. It’s on the main road only a few blocks from the ferry. I recommend flying, the ferry has been operating off and on due to water conditions. I used Vieques airlink, we personally flew from ceiba. Also if you rent a car use Avis car rental not enterprise.

Playa Caracas was my personal favorite beach on Vieques out of the 5 or so I visited.
