What are the most common scams that can threaten tourists in your country?

Beside taxi drivers, ones should beware of Gypsy mothers with little kids (or just Gypsy kids...or just Gypsies in general).

This combination is common - a Gypsy mother with a baby in her arms approaches you and starts begging in a very aggressive way, whining etc. You get swarmed by little gypsy kids while you talk to her, and they get stuff out of your pocket or bag without you noticing. This often happens in public transport too.

If you get approached by a ragged-clothed Gypsy mother with baby in arms, just ignore her and move on. And don't give begging Gypsies money ever, only food. Any money you give them anyway goes to the father or some other male figure or a tribe chief or whatever, who collects all the ''profit''.
