Yes. I sent it to my sister's house three miles away, because she doesn't mind keeping an eye out for my mail when I tell her it's been shipped. Problem is I couldn't tell her approximately when to expect it as the seller didn't mark the package shipped so as far as she knew it wasn't even a concern yet. And that issue would have been the same if it went to my home address, for example if I left town for a day or two thinking there aren't any packages in the postal system to expect and come home to the same missing package situation--can't be responsible if you think it's not even in the system yet.
