What is is up with so many people on this subreddit thinking communism is "left-wing"?

Marxist-Leninism is not a reformist ideology and the opposite to mainstream "politics"...

More people should really read the about page on this subreddit!

Anyway,

We all know that the political spectrum originates from the french revolution with feudalism on the right and capitalism on the left.

Not that much has changed though, although now we have fascism and nazism on the right-wing.

However, the western "left-wing" is certainly not made up of communists, as they were all sadly replaced by opportunist reformists (CPUSA as an example) after the assassination of Fred Hampton, MLK etc.

Trotskyists are not communists and deserve the gulag. Fight me.

The "Paranoid" stereotype someone else mentioned is a real and direct result of CointelPro and the red scare.

Now does anyone have some foil for a hat related project?
