What are some examples of people not matching their essences? What happened when you dressed drastically against your essence?

It makes sense, actually. I don't think we all have a fixed image, we can move a bit through a quadrant or even more than one. But when we move outside our range and try to present ourselves as someone we're not most of us will feel uncomfortable. Or even we try to pretend we're someone else because we feel insecure or pressured to do so.

It's very difficult to hide insecurities when we're going through a bad time and other people will notice it. People react really well to professionals who are sure of what they're doing and badly to the ones who don't

I feel like that when I try to hide myself or look cute, etc. I sense some people try to push me around, take advantage (like insisting selling stuff I don't want, or overload me with tasks they don't want to do at work, etc) or don't take me seriously and that makes me stressed. I don't remember being accused of looking fake or feeling like an imposter, but I think this counts as being treated like someone I'm not... it's just a different way
