What are some good recipes to try during quarantine?

Get ground meat (beef, turkey what ever you like)

Macaroni pasta

Bell peppers (can get chopped frozen if you'd like)

Onions (optional - can get frozen)

And creamy tomato soup (and any cheese you'd like. Shredded parmesan, mozzarella are my go to)

Brown the meat and season it with whatever you like. I use a ton of garlic, then parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. I don't like onion so I season with onion salt instead of using onions.

Cook the macaroni. Chop the peppers and onions and saute. Mix everything together in a large deep pan/tray. Sprinkle cheese in if you want. Pour the tomato soup over and keep mixing. I usually use 2-3 cans depending on size of can. Throw it in the oven at 350 for like 20 minutes (til the soup warms up) . Mix every once and a while so nothing gets too hard on top and it's all even. It's called Italian Hamburger in my family.
