If women didn't get "male attention", they'd be treated as all other invisibles - no longer with privileges.

In such state you live as well as you work and earn - meaning women will be permanently out earned and out worked by men. Imagine if men and women were paid on mix of low base salary and results based large premium. Or berated and fired if they didn't keep up with expected equal norm like males, or expected to lift the same weights to get the same pay. Women are handicapped in terms of competing in production rate with men.

Non preferential treatment would mean majority of service based jobs like waitress, receptionist, bartender, barista, Expo promotion girl etc would be rendered null as females would not bring societal attention and kindness which is the primary reason why females are sought out for these kind of social jobs

Same physical requirements would permanently lock out security, military, police, firemen out of women's employment possibilities

This is the logical conclusion of that chain of thought - without privileges a small portion of women would be middle class, rest lower class(with obvious rarish exceptions). Equal wealth and alimony treatment would also cease divorce rape and sever inheritance chain further driving down average female wealth
