I wasn't aware we have serial killers in Croatia. I remember when this case was on the news and how everyone was just completely horrified and scared, including me. I haven't heard any rumors about perpetrator(s), however, I think everyone tried to hush the case so it wouldn't damage tourism in Dubrovnik. Also, the police all over this region is often regarded as inept and corrupt.
Is there a detailed write up about the case, rather than podcast episode? I would also be happy to answer all your questions about culture/behaviour/oddities in Croatia.
