What are some of the most toxic or potentially dangerous ideas/beliefs that have been perpetuated by Redditors?

I am pretty sure my last ex was mildly narcissistic and felt like a huge drama queen in thinking so, but my therapist told me I wasn’t super out of pocket. Never would say that about other exes, even if they bugged me.

He was constantly up and down, elated or irritable or whatever depending on who said what to him in a given day. He’d get mad if I disagreed with him about anything. Every job or volunteering story was told through the lens of how he was a good leader or how the kids looked up to him, never the work itself or connections he made etc.

Hard to pin down and he means well at the end of the day but it’s pretty frustrating once you catch on.
