What are some of the most memorable SNF calls you’ve run?

SVT but normal vitals? Any BLS crew should be competent enough to recognize cardiac etiology for a fall with a 170 pulse.. or at least go "oh shit transport". If you felt the need to cardiovert I'm assuming they were hemodynamically unstable as well. But either way... Why were they lucky that BLS was level zero exactly? SVT is generally pretty benign.. especially at 170. Adenosine is a dick move for this especially IMO. Beta or calcium channel blockers have been shown to have better outcomes and not make you feel like death.

If syncopal episode related to a bout of SVT is your craziest SNF call then I deeply envy you. It doesn't really sound like anything went wrong or was abnormal, or would have gone wrong if it were BLS unless I'm missing something?
