What are some of the most scientifically proven health benefits of consuming a plant-based diet?

Yes you're right. My food could contain pollutants. But since or food is regulated by the same source, doesnt yours share an equal chance of carrying these?

So trans fats. Ill take natural anyday over processed. The fact that they have not proven natural trans fat to have the same bad effects on your body should mean that they should have to regulate them better would you agree? Something thats proven bad should be regulated better then something that has not been proven bad. Im sure someones atleast tried to prove natural tf's negative effect.

The problem i have is if its aloud to have a certain amount, they shouldnt be able to put 0 on the label. Its misleading and straight up lying. Thats why i dont have blind trust here. They should have to put may contain if its possible they do, test the food after production to see what the average is and put that on the label, or have a better processing method.
