Glyphs before Volume 3 primarily dealt with manipulating motion. She can accelerate, decelerate, stop, and use them as a platform.
That and also manipulating dust and the haste thing.
Dust Maniiulation is not an exclusive ability of Glyphs
No, it's not.
But her relationship with ice dust is much more intricate, and notably when creating the fist in V3E1 and the spikes in the V5 short, she actually uses glyphs. In Never Miss a Beat, she also uses glyphs to create ice from seemingly out of nowhere.
But when using fire dust in the V5 short or the emerald forest, it comes solely from Myrtenaster, no glyphs required.
If her semblance was purely motion based, infusing ice dust into it shouldn't cause the effects that we see - intricate fists and projectiles from nowhere that she can freely manipulate with seemingly just her will. Because when we see dust infused in another semblance - Blake's - the semblance behaves the exact same way, just her clones take on the properties of the dust she uses.
Time Dilation" itself is simply her using Lightning Dust with her Glyphs, as stated in the Volume 2 Director's Commentary of "Painting The Town...". If you want, you can see a transcript of it on the RWBY Wiki.

I see no mention of lightning dust. Which makes sense, because Weiss specifically mentions time dilation as part of her glyphs to Winter in Lessons Learned. It's clearly a separate thing.
The theme of her Semblance was motion manipulation. Summoning meanwhile is unrelated to motion manipulation at all, it's something more like Aura Constructs.
Manipulation of time and ice is also completely different from motion manipulation. Yet her glyphs can do all of these.
My point is that Qrow turning into a crow could very well be part of his Semblance as we've seen proof from Glyphs that a Semblance can have two abilities that are seemingly unrelated to each other and still be considered a single Semblance.
You've hilariously failed to show any sort of proof like that from her glyphs.
