What are some red flags women should look for in men?

I (M-40-ish) have GMOW. I'm retired and fairly well-to-do. I had some real trouble with the GoldDiggers after I sold my business and retired. At the time I did little to disguise my wealth and status as retired and I enjoyed the company of a good looking woman. -- Near disaster.

These days I do a lot to discourage women from considering me interesting:
Except when protocol requires that I dress up, I look like a poor man: working mans clothing, maybe with some dirt, stains; a WalMart shirt; workman's shoes/boots; always a cover. In public it keeps them from approaching. I never approach women anymore in public.
I have a good car and a clunker. The good car isn't exactly new, but in appearance it is showroom new. The clunker is a full sized pickup truck. It has more than a few blemishes on the body work but the running gear is all meticulously maintained. The clunker discourages GoldDiggers more that just about anything else.
My house is in a respectable neighborhood. The outside of the house is reasonably well maintained but the front yard looks like it could use some work. The grounds keeping service I employ works to keep it that way. I did some major renovation a while ago. Additions and a complete interior remodel. Pretty upscale. Very few women have seen the inside of the house. When I first realized the trouble I was getting from GoldDiggers I rented a low end apartment in another neighborhood far from my real home; I took dates there; they never say my real diggs. Furnishings at this place were all from GoodWill and Salvation Army.
I play "broke" when approached.
I have zero social media web use.

So, if your goal is to discourage GoldDiggers and women in general, these techniques usually do it.

I would advise too that real Weapons Grade GoldDiggers are likely to have researched you, if you have a name attached to some financial success, complete with photos and descriptions of how you avoid them. These bitches can be very sneaky.
