What are some things you wish you knew about dating as a teenager?

That when a girl lays out the bread crumbs, the guy should not be confused if he should take the opportunity to follow the path.

How many times do I look back at when I was a teenager and can see that a girl I was mad keen on laid out an opportunity for me to act and I didn’t.

This was a fair while ago but society has just made it more likely for the girl to expect the guy to make the first overt move and the girl to make her willingness known in more subtle ( read confusing) ways.

Well as a teenager how the hell are you to know when the subtlety is to be acted on and when you may be over reading the cue.

Mostly the answer is to act, take a risk, if your wrong she’ll let you know very clear.

Yep you’ll feel like a jerk when your wrong, but most of the time you will be right.
