What are some things Americans wonder about Europeans?

Sure, its just like visiting neighbouring state. Eurostar from London to Amsterdam is a thing but London to Warsaw or Prague? Good luck.

Driving from London to Berlin is solid 10 hours, though autobahn is fun.

I can agree that developed western side of Europe is easy to travel around and explore since most people somewhat speak or understand English and expect tourists. However longer links via train or car aren’t that economical on time and moneywise thus, we too are bound to flights. Los Angeles to Denver for ski trip is about 2 hours right? London to Austria pretty much the same.

Also there is a topic of Eastern Europe. There is a bad stigma about few countries and some people are afraid to go there (Fearmongering western media mainly focused on political issues).
