What are some things that make you dislike your job?

My boss having a pathological need to be the last person editing a document. She changed the words "error at data entry" to "data was entered incorectlly".

She's also a perfectionist and a control freak. We write reports. She returns documents back to me because there is a millimeter difference between margins. FROM THE PREVIUES DOCUMENT WE WORKED ON (completly different documents, she just wants everything coming from our department to "match").

She returned a report to me today because one word was accidentally capitalized in the middle of the sentence, and I had to go through the entire document (127 pages) with a fine tooth comb to make sure all capitalization is "appropriate".

She doesn't like certain words and phrases so we have to work around it. Some examples are 'comprising', 'human error', 'due to', 'results came back..', 'potency', 'assume', 'challenging', 'dots', 'trend', 'in addition', 'according to..', 'impairment'.

I can go on and on... but the truth is, I love her. She's the best boss I've ever had. But she has her kinks, and sometimes they make me dislike the job.
