What are some underrated stocks/funds that you believe this community is overlooking?

If we're talking about small caps, here are a couple that I am following:

KEM (KEMET), a capacitor manufacturer with a market cap of 1.7 billion. Not only are they growing their share of the pie with the acquisition of TOKIN in Japan, I also expect the pie to grow as electric vehicles become commonplace. Capacitor consumption is constrained by supply, so if KEMET can eliminate their supply chain bottlenecks, they can significantly boost revenue.

TCX (Tucows) has had a rough 2018 so far, but I think there can be continued growth in the future. Aside from their domain name and software catalog business, Tucows also owns Ting, which consists of Ting Mobile, Ting Fiber, and Ting TV. Ting Mobile continues to add subscribers, however customer acquisition cost might increase as they saturate their demographic of price-conscious mobile shoppers. Ting TV has not been released yet, but I expect it to be popular with cable-cutters. I am not sure if Ting Fiber will be able to compete with incumbents in the growing fiber space, but it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

I do not currently have a position on either of these stocks.
