Preventing me from going outside/having friends until I was a teenager and only giving me Heinz spaghetti &sausages to eat for practically m the same timespan

(All grown up now) It's extremely hard for me to converse with anyone, I actually love being outside now but any further than my own garden or anywhere where there's people and I just shut down or have panic attacks, something I always wanted was independence and now I'm mostly incapable of that because I was never taught + myriad health problems from not having a good diet for my entire childhood, and so many other things that very likely would not be a problem if I'd had better parents
