What are you STILL salty about?

When I was in an all boys middle school during our snack period we had hot cheetos or rice krispies treats as the two options. Me and my friend both decided on rice krispies and a small plastic cup of water. There was a group of boys, could be considered popular but popularity was not really a thing at that time it was more so the extroverts that all the teachers loved, sitting at a table near the back of the room who all had hot cheetos which caused them to all have a lot of water cups. Me and my friend were just hanging out along the back wall, classic wallflower type of shit. When the snack period ends we throw our stuff away and think nothing of it and go to our year level meeting.

They tell us we are going to go out to recess for the rest of the break period but then go on to say how the cleaning staff noticed a lot of cups at one table, the table of those certain boys, but no one but us and them knew that. The teachers did not know that either. The request was simple, stand up, and go back into the lunch room and then throw away the cups. No one spoke up. They ask again telling us we will stay here until break period ends if no one speaks up and we will not have recess. No one speaks up and I see the boys begin to stare at us whispering. They eventually never speak up and we leave the room the class meeting was in. I then see the boys telling the teachers, "You know it was (Me and my friend) right?" etc etc to a bunch of the teachers and the teachers believed it. It was so infuriating and made absolutely no sense why they would think us two boys needed like 12 water cups while a group of 7 boys wouldn't. Shoutout to those boys who are incapable of admitting to their mistakes
