I get it retail is hell...highly intense and you are paid minimum right.Its much like being a waiter but let’s get real here we are not expecting anything fab when it comes to working any minimum wage job in this century.This is why it should be a door way job NOT a career!

And if you worked in retail for 20 years you should be paid VERY WELL by now being you are a manager or maybe even a director option at tons of organizations.I would not complain if I was making a manager salary you just have to know how to deal with people which is a toxic situation in of itself and the polite way of dealing with that is SHRUG AND MOVE ON talk them to hell tell them what they want to hear and send them off.
