Extremists, of any kind. Just dont fuck with them. I wish someone told me this. I know this may seem obvious, but for those who actually haven't encountered extremism yet, just listen. Logic, truth, and reasoning wont do anything to an extremist except get them furious for you proving them wrong. They will deny anything, no matter how logically sound and utterly factual everything you say is or how incorrect they are, and I mean even if you think they know they are full of shit, they will not listen or consider anything. They are irredeemable. The only way they will change is if they decide to, and that happens on an a personal level, but the odds of this happening are low. Seriously, it will blow your fucking mind how far off the deep end s person has gone. And let me tell you, it will feel like a travesty when you first witness these people talking about their topic of interest. At that point you think it's your moral duty to enlighten them, but it just doesn't fucking work. In the end you will feel mentally exhausted and angry, and stressed. And I mean legitimate stress. Nothing will have been accomplished. The dangers of echo chambers and group think, man.

It's easier to become an extremist than one would think. Extremism usually originates from actual problems that people lament about, then builds itself up from there and turns into something disgusting. An individuals ignorance has a lot to do with it to, because they dont know what to believe, and once they've fallen in, its over (if you ever see someone falling into anything like that, pull them out immediately). It's really sad, seeing a perfectly fine person becoming corrupted and twisted because if an issue they might actually suffer. After that though, they probably aren't coming back. Think real life zombies.

This was probably kinda divergent from the topic, but I felt like it had to be said. If you give them attention, you will become frustrated and pissed, and they will think they've taken the moral high ground and be this invincible deity of truth. Its pitiable, it really is. In the end, you will be on worse shape than they are mentally, and you not being in good mental health just isnt worth it. So don't give them attention, no matter how fucking crazy everything they say is, because everyone else knows its crazy too, and once they have no audience, thry are powerless.

So don't fuck with them. I'm gonna go back to Rule 34 now.
