Good shoes, I thrift everything and tend to follow trends in my clothes but I’m willing to spend $$ on footwear and wear it year after year. We have every season where I live so I have:

• a warm waterproof pair of snow boots (Kamik) - a pair of leather fall/winter boots ‘Chelsea’ style (Blundstones with sheepskin inserts)
• a casual stylish all weather pair of boots (Doc Martin Platforms)
• good sport running shoes (adidas)
• white leather sneakers (j/slides)
• good sandals (Birkenstocks)
• a nice closed toe business/more formal pair of shoes (Clark’s)

I have a few pairs of heels as well for special occasions.

I could give up most of my clothes without a second thought but my shoe collection would be hard to rebuild.
