I mean, a lot of people love Sandalphon; it's just a matter of which flavor of terrible person you want to have some fun with. I personally prefer Belial because smugman has a colorful personality and doesn't pretend to be deep and emotionally tortured like a dollar store knockoff of Genesis from Crisis Core Sandalphon.

What I'd like to see is Sandalphon losing a fight hard during this event, because so far, he's never gotten much in the way of comeuppance; just constantly rewarded with power and friendship and reassurances that he was a beautiful baby bird all along. It'd remove him from the spotlight, too, because these events started out with a focus on Lyria that's been pretty much buried at this point.
