It starts off directly after TASM 2, peter is depressed as anything and ridiculously sad but he's fighting rhino, peter punches rhino in the face but instead hurts his arm and then rhino says " THAT ALL YOU GOT?!?" and throws a car at peter, peter then decides that it’s more important to get the civilians out of the way. Peter: "Get out of the way he's coming” he says as the rhino charges at peter, but peter dodges him and then throws a trash can at rhino Rhino: "GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR HOW DARE YOU!!!" Peter: "C'mon Alexei, I've fought a god named sparkles, what makes u think i fear you? Rhino: "GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR STUPID SPIDER”
peter charges up a punch, and then makes a dent in the horn, it pushes rhino into a bakery rhino then pulls out an RPG and shoots a rocket at peter but he dodges it, he then grabs the rhino and sends out a barrage of punches at him Rhino: "please stop , STOP, I have a family to feed” Peter: YOU PUT INNOCENTS IN DANGER THAT CAN’T GO UNPUNISHED " (destroys the rhino’s face, seeing only a few cables left there) Peter: "NOW, SURRENDER BEFORE I MAKE YOU " (stops on the protection glass nearly cracking it) Rhino: "please ill do anything!!!" Peter: "I missed the part where that's my problem" (destroys protection glass) (the glass cuts Alexei’s face and leaves him in pain) Rhino: "NOOOOOOOOO" Peter jumps out of the building with Alexei in his hand Peter: "here you go officers" (kicking him hard into a police truck) Police officer 1: Thanks for the help Spider-Man Police officer 2: But who will pay for the damage of the bakery shop? police officer 3: And the rhino suit, what do we do with it?? Peter: Destroy the suit its not safe with that thing lying around, also here is the money to fix up the bakery. (does a super jump ,peter's new ability and runs to the top of the building and super jumps again, to swing off the skyscraper and do a free fall feeling relaxed while swinging) While swinging he sees a blonde haired woman, and he gets depressed again he then sighs and hides in an alleyway to change into his street clothes, peter then comes out broken inside because of the reminder of Gwen but he sees a building labelled grief counselling
Scene 2
*Meanwhile we cut to a prison cell* we see Gustav Fiers walking down the lane across people like Mac Gargan and Cletus Kasady until he reaches the prison cell he was looking for Gustav: "The rhino has been incapacitated Harry Osborn: WHAT,THATS IMPOSSIBLE! MY DAD DESIGNED THAT SUIT TO BE AS STURDY AS A WALL Gustav: well , if you haven’t heard, Spider-Man can break a wall. Harry Osborn: "ohhhhhh that @$#!$&^..... Gustav: anymore bright ideas? Harry Osborn: "yeah , one more"
Scene 3
(cut to peter taking a nap as aunt may looks at him sleep) Aunt May (talking to her friend): I’m worried about the boy, he's been grieving heavily ever since his girlfriends death" May's friend: I know exactly how to help him May: you do? Friend: my niece is a grief counsellor i think she can help your nephew quite a lot May: "thank you , ill tell peter once he wakes up" (We later see peter swinging in the night he seems pretty annoyed because of Gwen’s death he then tries to feel happy by trying to swing faster to make him happier but it doesn’t work.) (We then see peter land on top of a building where he shows the audience that he has pizza to eat "heh, pizza always cheers me up"
*while eating* he realizes that the street below looks familiar, he remembers that this was the road where it all began, the same place uncle ben died. *he drops down* and remembers his quest from 2 years ago. We then cut to a swinging montage across new York peter back to searching for bens killer it appears to the audience that he would feel happiness once he finds uncle bens killer *While peter is swinging* we see a clean transition montage of harry telling gustav his plan *back to peter* we then see peter doing his signature move The spidershot, as he slings through windows of skyscrapers we are shown that he shows no remorse on this quest *Cut to Harry and Gustav* Harry draws a blueprint for a new suit for a villain (we are not sure who the suit is for audience will be left in suspense)
Scene 4
we then get a montage of perfectly cut swinging moments and the forge of Harry’s new machine *mean while in the rain*
we can see aunt may standing at bens grave we see how heart broken she is as she mourns and places another bunch of roses at his grave, we then see a huge pile of flowers in the trash can near by implying she has been doing this for ages we then get a close up shot of bens grave, which reads: BEN PARKER "if you could do good things for other people, you have a moral obligation to do those things." 1952-2013 while we see that the camera slowly pans over to Norman Osborn’s grave and it cuts back to harry reading all of Norman’s business emails Harry: "work, work, work and MORE WORK, WHEN DOES IT END?" Gustav: work never ends, it just moves to another place" Harry: huh , that reminded me of someone.......anyways, how long will the machine take?? Gustav: probably a few more days......maybe weeks......maybe months. Harry: "WEEKS, MONTHS?!?!OH YOU CANT DO THIS TO ME, I FUNDED THIS PROGRAM, YA KNOW HOW MUCH I SACRIFIECED?
Gustav: calm down if we rush the program we can finish it quicker.
Harry: "AND HOW LONG WILL THAT TAKE? Gustav: About a week or so… Harry: "so be it then”
Scene 5
we then see a young man running across the Oscorp halls we see that he has a hood on and he is walking towards Harry’s office while he is walking we hear gustav and harry chatting. the guards then prevent the man from entering but gustav tells them to let him in. Harry: sooo this is the merc you were talking about? the man then takes off his hood where we can see Norman Osborn Harry: WHAT!!?WHO ARE YOU? TAKE OFF YOUR MASK THIS INSTANT the man takes off his mask where we see a strange white helmet on the mans head Harry(visibly pissed from seeing him imitate his dad):hey, jackass what’s your name? Gustav: He ain’t much on talking unless he’s in disguise form…anyways this is the chameleon Harry: And why did you pick him of all people? Gustav: while he doesn’t look like somebody that physically dangerous he can ruin your life in less than a day… Harry: neat trick of yours eh? Chameleon:(nods head)
meanwhile we see peter standing in the rain as the music ominously plays in the background it appears he is on the phone as we hear a news attendant say that a police chase is imminent we then see peter drop off as the music goes fricking crazy in the back ground.
we then see peter land on the side of a skyscraper, with a clear view of his new suit. We get some backstory and a montage as peter talks about why he made it Peter: "if I’m going to find uncle bens killer, i need a suit a suit darker than night why? cause to catch a criminal in the dark, you need to become the dark." he then does a spidersling off the building and we get a clear shot of the suit’s eyes *meanwhile we see a bunch of thieves in a car*
Running from the cops in a chase we see all of this in the rain and we hear a radio in the car "the cops are chasing these thieves, "when will spiderman show up to save the day" thief 1: turn that thing off will ya? thief 2: sure (turns off) thief 1: once we get this bag, were going to hit it big ,trust me" thief 2: huh, I’m surprised we didn’t see that spider-freak yet *THUD* thief 1: what the hell was that noise?
As they enter the end of the tunnel the light gets brighter we then see peter charging up something and we just see him stop the car at full speed with one hand, and he doesn’t even flinch…
