Well it depends if it’s Pain or Nagato in his prime body. If it’s Pain and if the Preta path doesn’t absorb Obito’s kamui then correct it will be a problem. But I imagine that Obito can’t go around spamming kamui in defense all day (as we have seen Konan manipulate the cool down time period between kamui usage to her advantage and trapped him to the point he had to use Izanagi). How will Obito attack Pain if he is in defense the whole time? Nagato’s prime body will be another problem as well. If two full powered jinchuurikis and Itachi had difficulty taking down Nagato together, then how will Pre-Rinnegan Obito fare in the same scenario?
