What are your opinions on tackling the issue of police brutality.

Policing is galaxies better than it was in the 60’s and 70’s. Culture change takes time and effort from all parties involved.

I think African Americans are done a disservice when they are bombarded with the message that police can’t be trusted and are trying to kill them, especially if it leads to a panic attack during an arrest causing them to resist the police.

Police have responsibilities but so do citizens. In the United States you don’t have the right to resist arrest and police are the only profession authorized to use force to compel behaviour.

Get their badge number and sort it out at the station. If you truly think the system is corrupt then become a lawyer and be part of the solution.
