Personally I’d let that person continue to comment. Discourse comes with the territory and not everyone is gonna be your fan nor should they be.

If they viciously attack other users and ruin the “fun” then I might consider censoring them but otherwise you should allow their comments because it adds to the discussion for better or worse. Engagement is determined by amount of activity not the actual content of the users. 30 negative comments weighs more than 2 nice comments in terms of your engagement score.

If their criticisms are way off base surely another user will correct them. maybe there is value to their feedback despite their rough delivery?You’ll never know if you’re just being too sensitive or if they are legitimately crazy if you prevent them from speaking their mind.
