What are your thoughts on America's gun violence problem?

Yeah I know. It's not a real solution. I just like the idea, it amuses me.

A real solution might be willing to admit it's not an either/or dilemma. Mental health isn't the only issue, nor are guns. It's both.

No one needs a military grade assault rifle for hunting or home defense. Nor do we need bump stocks. We could also use more stringent gun training. So there are a few things we could solve on the gun front.

Mental health is a whole new box of worms. How do you solve a crisis of depression, anxiety, disillusionment and fear within a culture? We need to, but I don't have the answers for that. It's a massively multi-faceted problem with no simple solution.
