Nagito death gotta be the first one for me. The only victim death in the series that truly shocked me, all the other one either the victim is too bland/too cliched/too annoying for me to be truly affected (Chihiro, Ishimaru, Hifumi, Ryoma, Hiyoko) or can already predict. The death was brutal too, Jesus Christ.

That one cutscene in 3-5 where they cycle through Kokichi's expressions. I had already knew he had good intention ever since he tried to force the cast to watch the motive videos, but something about that cutscene just makes me feel really really bad for the dude.

The reveal of "The world is mine" message in v3. I thought Kokichi is on our side all along so that message reveal was one of the moment where I yelled wtf out loud.

Leon's execution. Man what a way to start the series. Everyone says v3 execution is bloody and brutal but to me they are too flashy and over the top for me to really connect. Leon and Mondo executions are the only two that made me feel sick in the stomach, because I can actually imagine how painful it is to go out like that.

Truth Bullet about Nagito hand acquired moment. That was the when I realized the person on the boat is Hajime and thus he is Izuru.

The moment Chiaki told me Nagito's death is a suicide because only he can set up the Monokuma domino. That's when everything clicks for me and I'm like "Holy shit the little fucker tried to kill us all". The only trial where I feel hopeless from beginning to end because I couldn't think of how we could get out of the situation.

The main cast arrives in SDR2. An "I'm so happy to see you guys again" moment.

Junko appears in SDR2. An "oh not you again" moment.

Rantaro's lab reveal. Though it was a little disappointing for me.

Monokuma goes bald. That scene was funny as fuck. I love how he stays bald for a while after that.
