What do atleast one of your coworkers do that makes you despise them?

I have one coworker that is just straight up weird (he actually works in a totally different department than me, thankfully). Random things that have happened with him in the few months he's worked here:

  1. When he first started, people would be nice to him (as they are to everyone else). Holding the door open, saying hello or good morning, etc. Doing this will just result in him staring at/through you as he walks by.

  2. He walked into a coworkers office one day and stated that "someone stole my yogurt cup out of the fridge, what should I do about it? I think I want to file a report with HR." My coworker was not, nor has he ever been, HR. He also had never spoken to this guy, or even remotely knew who he was.

  3. When getting free flu shots we had forms to fill out. He was filling out his while I filled out mine. He asked the nurses what Guillain Barre Syndrome is, as you aren't supposed to get a shot if you've ever had it. They explained that it was a neurological disorder. He asked "how do I know if I have it?", so they explained in detail the side effects and that he would know if he had it. He left the room to go "google more on this syndrome to verify that I don't have it". The nurses just looked at me like wtf.

  4. We work in a dog friendly office. There is a dog that's usually in that is super friendly with everyone, except with him. She generally stands in between her owner and him whenever he walks by, etc, and occasionally barks at him. One of the times she barked at him, he (rudely) pointed out to the owner that "the dog is barking". She just responded with "sometimes dog's do that...." and he walked off.

So I guess I don't really despise him, he's just creepy as fuck. I've seen him interact with a couple people (his manager, etc.) and he acts fairly normal with them, but is extremely weird to everyone else.
