Personally, I can only deal with Kanye when he is only the featured artist or if its a posse cut, and I love him on those. Even his first few albums are bearable. But, the man is just annoying as fuck and is everywhere. I can't turn on the TV without seeing his face everywhere. I can't turn go on the internet without the circlejerk for Kanye.

I really don't like most of Eminem's shit. It is just that, shit. But I love him on (you guessed it) posse cuts, when he is the featured artist, and only on a select few of his earlier shit. It's not that he is annoying in the Kanye sense, its just Eminem has put out of a lot of shitty music to go along with his good stuff.

The major difference in my opinion between the two is that Kanye is narcissistic/histrionic, and Eminem isn't a major bragger. Yeah, Eminem puts out one song in 21 years (at the time) of being technically active that says,"Hey, I've been doing this shit for 21 years and am one of the most popular rappers in the world. I have some great songs, a lot of people like having me collaborate on their shit, and people still like me. Nobody stays popular in rap this long. I guess I must be a rap god." Meanwhile, Kanye has been saying this shit since before he was famous. In this interview, Talib talks about why Kanye is so unlikeable. In this one, Dave Chappelle talks about how Kanye was incredibly arrogant when he first met him the day the Black Album dropped, and nobody knew who the fuck he was other than Talib and Common.

I'm not gonna deny that a lot of white people can't stand Kanye because he's black, or that there's a race issue involved. But man, speaking from a relatively neutral spot (I'm mixed), both Eminem and Kanye can be annoying as fuck, its just I don't here about Eminem every day wherever we go. He isn't constantly saying shit. I only hear about Eminem when he is featured on a new track or he is dropping a single or what have you. Kanye dominates every platform of media, and I'm sick of the guy.
