Jewish people are pure monotheist and Quran does repeat stories with 5-6 percent difference - my honest opinion is that Torah that Jews have largely states true to its original form on most parts but still corruption occurred.

On grounds to reject Torah would be removal of Ismael and henceforth any prophet from Ismael from covenant - this is biggest deal breaker.

Gospel that God gave to Jesus, on the other hand is completely distorted and gone from world completely - New Testament books are completely different books altogether.

Let me ask you a question - if you never had New Testament, what would your understanding of Jesus be? a God, who died for your sins? No - you would find Torah-based Jesus, who is regular human like yourself.
