What has been tried in terms of contacting the BBB, Consumer Protection, Etc?

Why didn't you respond when I invited you check my post history, and offered to show you my screen shots of my loop? Nor would you test you earlier assertion in another thread that you could get an answer from support within the hour and have your problem fixed within a day (which is genuinely laughable btw)? You are all over this sub tossing shade and doing damage control. I'm glad you like this company so passionately, but it's not a sports team to just blindly cheer for. As for patience, folks are now over a month of being locked away from their money, Gemini at the very least could have communicated the issues and restricted new sign-ups if it's crippling their service so badly.
