About two months ago I was at one of my lowest points and unfortunately I had a huge opioid habit. Percs weren't cutting it at a certain point and I couldn't afford them; so like a lot of people my stupid ass took it one step higher and started doing heroine. A couple months in couldn't find anything from my normal guy and the dope sickness was slowly creeping up which makes you more desperate by the second so I asked this guy i met once or twice if he could find anything. We go to the sketchiest part of town meet up with his tattooed friend and pick up. Find a McDonald's (classy right) and do it. And then I woke up....ears ringing could barely pick my head up compelety confused and disoriented. Apparently it was fentanyl. It was like a light switch, life didn't flash before my eyes, no lights, nothing. it happens instantly and you don't realise it. The kid I was freaked out when he saw me go down. According to him I stopped breathing and my lips went blue. So he did what any decent person would do and left me to die in my own fuckin car. I've never felt so horrible in my life. When I could think everything rushed thru my head "why did i wake up on my own i shouldn't be alive I didn't get narcan or anything" "my mom would be crushed to find her son dead in a parking lot" "what about my fiance" . After that day I quit. Never again.
