What is the best "It's not a bug, it's a feature" that you've ever seen?

In rainbow 6: Siege, there's a character named bandit who can electrify metal walls to mildly hurt enemies who bump into them and, more importantly, one of a couple of ways to prevent enemies from placing thermite breaching charges on the wall to blow it open.

The idea is, if a wall is electrified (or jammered), the enemy first have to destroy the battery/jammer. There's a character with tools for this purpose, emp grenades, which you can throw at a wall to clear defenses before breaching in. All pretty straightforward.

The thermite charge animation takes a second to work though, so if you're very fast, you can place the electrifying battery after the charge is set but before the wall is destroyed. And since the battery was in your inventory instead of in the world, it's immune to the EMP, even if you're standing right next to the wall. Thus, you can stand near the wall and put down batteries for only a spit second while the enemy is blasting in, keeping them safe from EMP and keeping the wall closed. Known as "bandit tricking," this is understandably frustrating for the attackers, but has become such a central part of the balance that not only has it stayed, they've actually added changes to make bandit tricking work against more types of breach (Hibana's pellets, for those who know the game)
