hey had a teacher that used to try this. I literally never looked back at anything though. FUCK THAT BITCH! Before I took a single test said she believed I was going to fail her class...For real? First it was fucking highschool. Second I had a 4.0 and you think I'm going to fail your mandatory english class? Third She put an F on the first paper I turned in and I took copies of it to every single other english teacher in the school had them grade it told them to be harsh and then took those to the principal after telling her what I was doing. Note, that English teachers fucking LOVED me. may not come across on random reddit comments but when I'm writing papers even through all the years in college you bet your fucking ass its damn near a work of art.
She didn't like me already for some reason, but fuck her if I was gonna let her fail me. She was forced to give me an A but then declared to the class shortly after that her grading scale for papers goes from 0-98 because she doesn't believe in perfect papers. She literally changed her grading scale our next class period. Nope doesn't seem connected. If I even got a B on anything she graded I walked that shit right up front. Didn't wait till after class because she had none of my respect. She wasn't a teacher the next year. They moved her to the library to watch the books. Fuck her. Got a "perfect 98" in her class because she couldn't find a single grammatical error in any paper I turned in and couldn't elaborate on anything meaningful to try and take a single point away other than her "new grading scale". I didn't try so hard on papers again until I wrote my thesis. Turns out Spite REALLY motivates me. Fucking HIGH SCHOOL
