What is the best rebuttal for the claim "Abortion is healthcare"

Tecnically no abortion is (almost) ever necessary; since for most tofu the cases the baby could just be born via C-section and then put up for adoption or even be help in their parents arms until they pass away or something. ALSO before they changed the definition of abortion for the 100th time or something along those digits abortion was considered the interruption of a viable pregnancy so all of the other cases such as ectopic pregnancy was not an abortion, or even when you take the baby out of the uterus after they have died in it, these two would count as miscarriages if I am not wrong... Because the baby would have never survived and would have killed the mother regardless, and because if the kid is dead there is no point to continue to be pregnant right??? In this cases I guess is fine... Also when they have coagulation problems, maybe are to young to go through birth in general, etc, etc then I guess abortion is okay??? I don't know... Considering it could cause problems regardless and every person is different... Also I don't know wich one is more dangerous having a giant wound in your belly that the postoperative process is the worst imaginable or having your vava bleeding non stop and you possibly dying for many different reasons; possible the later but others would say that's wrong so who knows?
