What is the best UR Live campaign to introduce my friend to the show with?

I just made this plug, which might work for you if you generally follow it:

Unforgotten Realms. I'm doing this purely because it is really goddamn good. If you don't want a plug, that's alright, just carry on with your life. NOTE: That link is actually just to a part of my plug, it goes much farther than that.

So Unforgotten Realms, (or URealms), is basically a webseries created by an amazing guy called Rob/Rurikar/Bruce Willakers (among other names), way back in 2009. The description of the series:

Unforgotten Realms was a video series created in 2009. It was written, voiced, animated by myself originally for Escapist Magazine. While a few episodes were made after Escapist Magazine abandoned the show, it was never finished.

While some would wish me to return to this series from where it left off, it would not be the same. I have grown and changed so much since I worked on this project that anything less than another reboot would be a disservice. When the time comes that I am at a point in my life where I can focus on nothing but this show and I have the money and people to create it exactly the way I always wanted, I will revisit and recreate this once more for you guys. For those of you wondering about the "ending" I can honestly tell you that I never really decided how to end this show, it never felt like it should have an ending, but I'm sorry if that's not good enough after you invested yourself into 50 episodes.

The show uses some language that at the time felt a bit more appropriate and acceptable. Words like Fag and Faggot are used playfully and not meant to hurt. Funny enough, while the series is written for adult audiences, it avoids using words like Fuck. In this way, it's very much dated, but please know the use of language was never meant to insult (and apologies to those watching years later when I came to realize how hurtful they could be.)

Please enjoy the hard work of a younger me. I look forward to the day I can return to this series.

I have no other reason that you should watch this show besides that it is great. Completely amazing, gripping, just great. You should give it a chance for an episode or two, you will get hooked guaranteed at some point.

Alright, say you don't want to watch these 50 episodes that aren't being updated and are somewhat outdated. You should totally watch it, but say you don't, I got something else for ya.

The premise of URealms is that there are these two people playing a simplified, dumb-downed version of DnD. So this content creator, (Rurikar/Rob/Bruce Willakers), that you can find here on Youtube, has been producing videos since '09. Like most people on Youtube since then, he has played games like Minecraft, GMod, etc., etc. Honestly, his series there are the highest quality videos of that genre, but that is a plug for another time. Anyway, this guy has settled down and now he has a group of fellow Youtubers called the Buffalo Wizards (/r/BuffaloWizards!), which is basically a few smaller content creators he has worked with for years. So Rob has enough time, maybe even money, to get back to URealms, right? Yes, but with a twist! Instead of animating a series, he decides to recreate the game that those people were playing in the original URealms and stream that game on Twitch! He originally did this as a low effort project that really wasn't that well thought out. This is an animated portion of said stream. Watch this, please, your life will get better. You can watch the entire campaign here, but you could honestly skip it based on what happens next.

Ok, so Rob thought that revisiting URealms as URealmsLive would be a small, maybe one-off thing. Nope, all of his fans loved it like crazy. Fast forward a very, very long 6 months of waiting and hype, this fucking masterpiece was created. I have no other words. Honestly, if you have stuck with me for this entire plug, and have watched anything I have linked, you are amazing. After that first official campaign, the playlists should be pretty easy to follow. This would be next in the series.

TL;DR Watch this and then this for sure.

Thanks.
