What is the best way to 'use' your youth and enjoy it while it lasts so you don't ask yourself "what did I do with my youth?!" later in life?

For society, I agree. But for any given individual at the beginning of their career with complete autonomy of their savings, spending and career path, you can push retirement up to early 40s or even earlier if you're in a high payiing job. Granted, this will most likely will be a quasi-retirement where you have a side 10hr a week job, something like real estate.

All you have to do is steer clear of all the communism bulgur you're bombarded by and live on about 25- 40k a year while you're young and single. Get married and have kids later. I mean, right now I'm 26, got a degree in communications, work in technology, make 85-100k a year, spend 35-40k a year, no liabilities, 100k saved. I'll be doubling my income in 2 or 3 year hopefully with my next promotion. I'll be a millionaire contemplating retirement by 35. hard and plan for the future. Dont but stupid shit like iphones and tvs. The best part, I'm 100% sure that I'm as happy or happier than I would be if I spent above my means.

Also, I'm sure someone will say or think, "I can't do this because student loans." I paid off 15k of them but I admit, i stayed off the hook pretty good through scholarships.
