What is the biggest unresolved scandal the world collectively forgot about?

Super Delegates have been a thing for decades. They also ALWAYS support the candidate who wins the popular delegate count. Bill and Hillary both have Super Delegate votes and both cast them for Obama in 2008.

Bernie won a handful of states, because early states were in his favour demographically, but he was barely scraping out wins in states he needed to sweep by large margins to beat Hillary. He was mathematically eliminated after Super Tuesday—he was further behind in delegates (regular delegates, not counting superdelegates) than anyone in history has ever overcome and he effectively conceded the entire south without a fight, the region that cost HRC the nomination in 2008. Hillary was never behind in delegates or in the popular vote and since delegates are awarded proportionately, Bernie would have needed to win by unprecedented margins just to catch up, let alone to actually win.
