What BMT moment made your MTI memorable? Despicable? Unremarkable?

I got recycled for some dumb shit (but also likely to make an example to the flight because we had a few people that just didn't get it, literally had to dress them every morning). Anyway my first TI was an evil shit, and would often come in late at night to sleep drunk in his office. The flight I got recycled into had a MSgt or SMSgt as the lead TI and we were his last flight before he went back to the real AF. He was cool as shit, a hard ass for sure but also fair and took the time to help the struggling people himself instead of just forcing the flight to do it. We ended up sweeping all the awards, everyone in the flight graduated, etc...

Anyway, at SNCOA quite a few years later he was a Chief at one of his last graduations before retiring. It was kinda cool to catch up with him and let him know what a difference he made. I didn't have a perfect career, but I think if I'd stayed in that first flight, I would have ended up being that SrA drunk TI just by example.
