TOLL delivery Depo at the Airport. The absolute worst ever. Went into the office to collect our parcel. There is a phone you have to call for someone to come to the desk with your parcel. The day I went in, the phone wasn’t even connected. I got my husband to come into the office (he was in the car) and we both tried to wave one of the many people walking past in the office down.. Staff saw us but kept walking, ignoring us.

Husband then jumped behind the desk, and was going to open the door to the office when two people scurried to stop him.. one violently pointing at the phone and being an arse about reading the ‘instructions’ on how to collect the parcel. I had to SHOUT so I would be heard. THE PHONES NOT EVEN CONNECTED M8…. He stopped and was encompassed in fixing the phone. No apology, nobody jumping to collect the parcel for us. Husband said, so can we get our parcel now, here’s the slip…. He said. Just a minute I need to make sure this phone is working.. someone else came along to see what the fuss was about, and we asked him to collect our parcel. No apologies. No nothing.

What a nightmare. Prior to that we had been home everyday, with three ‘attempted deliveries’. All attempts were a total lie.

Toll is the worst.
