What is the Buffalo Declaration and why did they call it ‘Buffalo’?

Estonia is also incredibly tiny, has access to the Baltic Sea, and is a member of the EU

The point you were making falls. https://www.alberta.ca/fair-deal-panel.aspx

The Albertan provincial government can recreate everything that the Canadian government does and at possibly even lower cost.

Alberta, on the other hand, is landlocked, has no where near the population density, and will have no trade organization to enter into with its neighbours

If Alberta and Saskatchewan separates. What do you think is going to happen? Quebec, Ontario and BC just decide they don't need any oil anymore and just let their country shutdown? Do you realize how much of a disaster that would be? I'm pretty sure Ottawa would be on fire and a new election happening asap with Trudeau losing worse than Wynne.
