What can i do to increase my aim?

buy a 144hz monitor preferably a VG248QE since it has a tested low input lag

if you have a 144hz, try to get 144 FPS and aim for 300. the higher your FPS the less input lag and tearing you have. set all your settings as low as possible to squeeze as much fps out as you can. display at 50-75% depending on your computer. vsync off, triple buffering off, reduce buffering on.

post what mouse you're using. 99% of them on the market have some kind of flaw, ideally you want to get one that's flawless with a high tracking speed. DPI doesn't matter really.

get a big mouse pad, lower your sensitivity as far as you can while still being able to do a 180 comfortably.

tweak the crosshairs. i recommend small crosshair and changing it from white.

literally just stare at a point on the map and try to track it perfectly while dodging back and forth or try to flick on to different points. you can do this whenever you're in the starting area. keep doing it until its perfect.

FORCE yourself to improve your aim. notice if your crosshair is jumping past them and either force yourself to correct your muscle memory or keep adjusting your sensitivity accordingly.
