What can I do to get into my dream universities?

Thank you, I've read your posts and everyone else's on the subreddit which were SO helpful. However, I have a few questions that I'd hope you clarify.

1) So I understand that early applicants are basically treated same as other applicants. However, they MAY have the advantage of getting accepted earlier if they have good gr11 grades. So if I wish to get this possible advantage, I would submit my application earlier where they would look at my gr11 grades & some gr12 midterm grades. However, for this, would the rule of "top 6 course marks" still apply as they are considering most of my gr11 marks? I ask this because some of my gr11 marks are low 90's, so my normal avg would be 94.75% for gr11. However, if it's just the top 6, it would be 95.67%.

2) So the program I'm hoping to get in is very competitive and requires a supp app. And, since supp apps release in mid-sept and the OUAC opens in November, I wouldn't have a lot of time to complete the supp app if I submit early for McMaster Health Sci. Hence, since I'm aiming for medicine, health science particularly, which other uni's/programs do you recommend I submit early to possibly increase my chances?

Thank you so much for your previous answers
