• Recently got below 5/24 and want UR/Hyatt. Next two won't drop off until 10/2021, so I feel like I should probably hold off on the Hyatt card. But wondering about my chances for another Chase biz card given two currently open Ink cards and lower credit score after new mortgage/auto loan this summer. Don't think I can meet the MSR for CIP, so the options are a CIC or another CIU. Other options I'm considering:

1. Hilton Biz or MR earning Biz card with referral from P2 (for 30k MR)
2. AS Biz, although not sure if they have any anti-churning measures (got one in 5/2019, closed after a year).

Planning a Fall 2021 or Spring 2022 trip to Tokyo. Current MR stash should be enough to get us there in ANA J but still need points for hotels. Also thinking about 2022 trip to Bora Bora or Paris, so would need some combination of MR/UR/Hyatt/Hilton/Bonvoy.
