What character, aspect or game do you think has the most wasted potential?

No, absolutely not. WW's speech was absolutely cheesy pandering to the theme. It's completely unnatural for Ganondorf to make his final speech completely focused on wind:

When the sun rose into the sky, a burning wind punished my lands, searing the world. And when the moon climbed into the dark of night, a frigid gale pierced our homes. No matter when it came, the wind carried the same thing... Death. But the winds that blew across the green fields of Hyrule brought something other than suffering and ruin. I coveted that wind, I suppose.

He mentions "winds" five times. Five times. It's totally a "hit you over the head with a mallet that this game is about wind." I mean, seriously, I realize that a lot of people on this sub are complete and total Wind Waker fanboys, but seriously, it's okay to admit that aspects of the game are cheesy or subpar. It's not literally perfect.
