What commanders are top in competitive edh?

Personal opinions on my experience playing in two different playgroups of about 7 and about 20 (and the occasional night of Cockatrice). All commanders listed in 3 are decks that I think are able to win 1/4 games in an unknown pod assuming it isn't stupidly unfavorable for them (ie Teferi vs Kataki, Kataki, Kataki). All commanders listed in 2 are decks that I think should win more than 1/4 games on average. All commanders listed under 1 are commanders I think deserve to be in the argument of "the best." All commanders not listed here are either something I think cannot win more than 1/4 games, have not seen, or forgot about.

I also want to state that the biggest difference between my tier 1 and my tier 2 is mostly that the top decks can win through slightly more hateful pods, and my difference between tier 2 and tier 3 is mostly based on how often I see those decks win.

1: Yisan (combo), Scion (druid combo), Derevi (combo), Teferi (walker), Zur (storm), Jeleva (storm), Alesha (hatebear), Prossh

2: Meren, Sharuum (midrange, but there is so many fucking builds), Tasigur (reaninator or control), Jarad, Azami, Sidisi (monob storm), literally anything in front of BUG reanimator, Brago (stax), Sisay (hatebear), Animar (imperial), Arcum, Bobbyrigs, Edric, Oona, Grenzo, JaceVP, Karador, Zegana (food chain), Krenko, Maelstrom, Nekusar, Anafenza, Gitrog,

3: Niv-Mizzet (curiosity control), Nin, Ambassador Laquatus, Chainer, Damia, Ezuri (monog elfball), Gaddock Teeg (wtf arent you playing sisay), GAAIV, Hanna, Titania, Merieke, Mishra (deck costs more than my house), Momir Vig (rip prophet), Riku, Sedris, Zurgo (control)

Two things I except to be questioned on:

Scion/Druid - his win-rate has been over 40% in competitive games the past month I've played him in what should be an absurdly hateful meta to my strategy. Multiple decks with maindeck Grafdiggers Cage, literally two Anafenza decks, etc. Like, I steal maybe 1/4 games with T3 druid and then get to play real magic for the other three? Basically hate out any fast deck thats slightly slower, and 5 color means I get to play the actual best midrange spells.

No Reanimator on Tier 1 - I see massive amounts of hate for it, and a ton of very good stax/hatebear strategies dominating the places I play. Unlike Storm (which should be equally hated out), early reanimates only steal maybe 1/10 games instead of the 1/4 stuff like Druid gets me. That said, any creature printing could change this. Also, Karador is probably the best deck in my T2 and might only be down there because the guy I normally play against could very well be misplaying the deck, I'm not sure. Would love games with cobble at some point to confirm.

If anybody has beef with my list, tell me all about it. Decklists, matchups, speed, data, etc. I wanna hear it all, because I'm more than willing to change my personal opinions on this. Shit ain't even official.
