What company has forever won your business?

State Farm. I was always on the fence about switching to a cheaper insurance company, I was in my early twenties and had a couple of points on my license and it was getting harder and harder to justify the cost. The only reason I stuck around was my agent, he'd been my parents insurance agent since the early eighties and I trusted him enough to stay. Anyways, I was in a fairly big accident that completely destroyed my new-ish car. I hitched a ride with the tow truck driver. I was young and he seemed sympathetic, obviously figuring that I had budget insurance that was going to leave me without a car. When I said I had State Farm he laughed and said I was lucky. According to him State Farm and USAA were the only insurers he thought looked after their customers. That was high praise coming from someone who was in that business. I ended up getting a check that straight up replaced my car I even got the same color, it was like nothing had happened. Now, I'm in my mid-twenties and I'm still with State Farm although my premiums have gone down quite a bit.
