What control do you like best and why?

I've interacted with a couple hundred Haas machines at this point on top of the ones I own and just haven't seen as many problems with them as people claim there are. Maybe there's some conspiracy going on where Haas only puts their "good" machines wherever I go to look at them so I think they are better than they really are??

On the other hand, I have a Mori that was bought brand new, ended up being a lemon, and took over a year to fix them because Mori has some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered because I can't speak Japanese, which meant I was SOL on the warranty for the follow-up issues caused by the original issue which was the factory's fault, and I am still not even sure what the original issue even was because it took them 6 months to slow boat a box of parts to me and then another 4 months to fly a guy from Japan who could barely speak english to fix it, and by the time I could get someone on the phone again the warranty was over. It was nuts, but since I am just a guy with only one of their machines rather than a factory with 40 of them they apparently don't have the time of day for me.
